Do One Thing!

Day 9: Do one thing to move yourself closer to your ideal life. a specific goal. 

The post gave some examples which really applied to me the day I read this exercise. I want to go to grad school, but need to figure out for what. I walked into work (part time at the gym) one day 2 weeks ago and found "America's top graduate schoools" magazine. It was like it was there waiting for me. I have begun considering my options and researching different programs. Another example was if you wanted to find a romantic partner then approach someone you find attractive and ask for their number. Well I just so happened to be at a super bowl party and decided to tell someone I found the other attractive and to give him my number. So I did not directly do this myself but it was still a step in a direction that I never go when it comes to interacting with men. Unfortunately I am not as interested as I could be in this guy because I have begun interacting with another guy that I am very much interested in. He's funny (Ive never laughed so much in my life), smart and skillful, interesting (i haven't been bored spending a whole day with him and I just always wanna know more about him), and sexy of course. We'll see where this goes. Not rushing anything and trying to calm my desire to always want to know where I stand with a guy. It often causes things to not work out, but I also don't like to get to the point of wanting to be serious and not knowing how the other person feels about that. Its an awkward place to be in and can often waste valuable time and energy, but like I said I'm just taking this day by day.
